The Emergency Department is a place where emergency cases are managed and stabilized within few hours by giving first aid/emergency care and transferring him or her in the hospitalization or to the hospital if necessary or discharged her or him.

We offers services to adult patients whose conditions are not critical then they are evaluated and treated by the physician and go back home. Based on their diseases’ conditions, some of them, are given an appointment to come back again for evaluating the evolution of their illness.

Our laboratory works 24/7 and the following services are provided: bacteriology, parasitology, biochemistry, hematology, serology and covid test. We have lab scientists and technician who take samples, tests them and reports to the clinician who has requested such services.

The hospitalization department offers different services to children and adult. Patients with different pathologies get the prevention, diagnosis and care in a general approach. We do daily follow up for the good recovery of the patients and for difficult cases, transfer to high level if necessary, for further management.

This department offers services to patients who needs minimally invasive procedures such as small incisions, circumcision, wound debridement, ingrown toenail, simple, multiple or complicated suture, ear and/or nasal syringe, foreign body removal surgery, suture removal and so on ... Minor surgery works 24/7.

Our dentists' team aims at keeping the your mouth and teeth clean in order to prevent dental disorders. We have a great professional care of teeth, including professional oral hygiene and dental surgery as well. Even if you would have let dental problems develop over time, it is never too late. Our team of dentists is patiently waiting for you for corrective procedures.

The Pediatric department offers services to children from 0 up to 15 years old whose conditions are not critical. They are evaluated and treated by the physician and go back home. Based on their disease’s conditions, some of them, are given an appointment to come back again for evaluating the evolution of their illness. This service works every day 24hrs/24hrs for general consultation. The client who needs the Pediatrician may come only on Monday, Friday and Saturday.

Doctors in obstetrics and gynecology (O & G) care for pregnant women and unborn children, and look after women's sexual and reproductive health. This service works 24 hours every day for general consultation. Client who needs the Gynecologist may come only on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. If patient need further management, patient is transferred to a referral hospital.

This is where emergency medications and supplies are stored, inventoried, monitored and followed up on a regular basis for preventing safety related issues. This service plays a supporting role to other medical services when needed, providing medical consumables and drugs in case of emergency where patients need immediate medication.
